Anxiety or panic / worry as it's also know (this bad guy has a few different aliases it goes by) can be a very problematic asshole in your life can't it?

It's "crimes" can include:

  • Feeling nervous, restless or tense

  • Having a sense of impending danger, panic or doom

  • Having an increased heart rate

  • Breathing rapidly (hyperventilation)

  • Sweating

  • Trembling

  • Feeling weak or tired

  • Indecision

  • Trouble concentrating or thinking about anything other than the present worry

  • Having trouble sleeping

  • Experiencing gastrointestinal (GI) problems

  • Having difficulty controlling worry

  • Having the urge to avoid things that trigger anxiety

Having to deal with those things is true "BS", isn't it?  Think about how it stops you from being as happy or living the way you want! It robs you! 

The truth is anxiety really isn't the "asshole" we think it is...more like a misunderstood delinquent. I know that probably flies in the face of what you've thought about anxiety for a long time, but hear me out.

 

The truth is anxiety is a very normal and natural part of being a person. We all have it and for good reason - It's our fight, flight or freeze - It's what keeps us safe & alive. Isn't that a good thing?...It is...when it kicks on and kicks off...but for people...sometimes the anxiety gets subconsciously stuck in the "on" position. We humans are the only creatures that don't immediately turn it off and go about our lives. We keep thinking of the anxiety and thinking about it and it get's bigger and stronger!

When the anxiety is left running it causes problems which are simply a negative tangle of symptoms that are created based on a way of thinking. That's right Anxiety is a subconscious thinking problem coupled by behavioral responses to that thinking that don't serve us. BOOM - ANXIETY and a load of BS!  

Most things people have tried simply don't work because they are addressing the problem from a conscious level. Anxiety is a thinking problem created in your subconscious so we must have a subconscious solution! 

That's where HYPNOSIS comes in! It can set you free!
